This website was actually for one of our existing customers, Filter Services, who wanted to take advantage of the increased demand they were receiving for commercial vehicle lighting by allowing customers to buy online. They have used us for years and so knew that we were the right company for the job.
It was important that the client could access the website and keep it up to date after it went live and we suggested a CSV import option that allowed them to bulk import products.
The target market for the website would be a combination of business customers (likely to be browsing on a work desktop/laptop device) and end users (more likely to be browsing on mobile).
Easy to navigate and conversion focused
Part of this web design project was to give some real thought to the path that the website visitors would follow to become customers and so we spent a lot of time in the planning phase of this project, making sure we’d considered the different buyer personas the website needed to resonate with.
We opted for a very simple user interface, with customers being able to easily jump between categories, browse products and add them to their cart easily.
This was universal across all devices thanks to our responsive design methodology.
Since Imaginaire Digital have re-designed our website and started marketing it, we’ve seen monthly phone enquiries jump from around 30 per month to over 140. We’re delighted with the service and appreciate the face-to-face side of their business.
