Search Engine Definition

A search engine is something that a user would use to enter keywords and search for websites that offer an answer to their query. For example; if you were to search “SEO Nottingham“, Imaginaire would answer that query because we offer that service. Google, Bing and Yahoo are all well-known examples of search engines and while they’re all widely used, as of January 2019 Google had a 89.95% market share.
