Our task was to design and build a fully integrated brochure and e-commerce website that not only educates potential customers about the technical excellence of their product range and services, but also provides a seamless buying experience and increases overall online sales.

Developing a fast, user friendly website with front and back end access
To meet ambitious sales goals and provide a smooth customer journey, we built a robust, user-friendly e-commerce platform that both the client and individual buyers can use effectively.
Key features included mega menus for easy navigation and carefully designed product pages that balanced commercial appeal with detailed technical information. Customers can use the new platform to browse high-quality images, read thorough descriptions, and access full specifications to make confident purchasing decisions. We also added variations and colour swatches for visual selection, supported by interaction image views to excel customer experience.
Gravity Forms have also been put in place for bespoke enquiries, placed amongst a range of CTA’s across the site. These features streamlined the buying process for both new and returning visitors, ensuring efficiency and ease at every step.

Mobile first website design
Recognising that many users would access the site via smartphones and tablets, we adopted a mobile-first approach from the outset. The entire customer journey was carefully optimised for smaller screens, ensuring that browsing, product selection and checkout remained smooth and intuitive throughout the customer journey. This includes restructuring key features including menus, drop downs, product imagery, copy, CTA’s, forms, filters and swatches.
