How much do your website support and management services cost?
We build bespoke solutions for our customers and work with companies with monthly budgets of £500 and upwards.
How quickly are you able to jump on changes?
We have set service level agreements on all website maintenance contracts which include a time to task commencement from the moment you give approval on the quoted costs. This works on a sliding scale depending on your monthly spend, but as a general rule of thumb, it ranges from 10 working days down to 3 working days.
How will I request changes?
Upon signing up, you’ll be given a welcome pack which includes which support channels to use. Our staff respond to all requests within 4 working hours.
Will you wait for us to ask for changes?
We’re a pretty proactive bunch and we review all of our website management accounts on a monthly basis to see if we can make recommendations to improve the websites. There’s absolutely no pressure to implement the changes, but we just feel that it’s helpful for you to have an expert there to cast an eye over your website.
