Scoping
Every project starts with a project manager going through the requirements gleaned from your discovery call and making sure we have a clear understanding of what you need from your new design. If it's a redesign, we'll also review your current store's conversion and ranking data, so we know exactly what's working and what isn't before anything changes.
We create a scope of works alongside our quote, so you have a clear understanding of what's included in your quote.

UX Research & SEO Input
Our designers begin by mapping your customer journeys and analysing the best-performing stores in your sector, so every layout decision is grounded in how your customers actually shop rather than design trends.
At the same time, our Shopify SEO team maps out the pages, keywords and content your new design needs to protect. It means the store is planned around what already ranks, instead of trying to patch it back in after launch.

Wireframing
Before any visual design starts, we wireframe your key templates: homepage, collection pages, product pages and the checkout journey. This lets us agree the structure and flow of your store while changes are still quick and inexpensive to make.
You'll sign off the wireframes before we move to visual design, so there are no surprises when the mockups arrive.

UI Design
